1. 资料保存在本机
OneLetter 在本机应用沙盒保存你选择或导入的姓名、电话、称呼、公司、分组、模板、草稿、提醒时间与处理记录。本版本没有账户、开发者服务器、广告、分析 SDK 或追踪功能。上述资料不会由应用上传给开发者。
2. 你主动选择的数据
系统联系人选择器只分享你选中的联系人。本应用不读取整个通讯录，不读取历史短信或回复。CSV 与备份文件由你主动选择，导入数据用于你自己的联络与恢复资料。
3. 短信发送
你打开系统短信界面时，当前收件人的号码和正文交给 Apple 的系统短信组件。你确认发送后，消息由系统及运营商处理，相应服务的条款和隐私政策适用。OneLetter 不验证送达，也不读取回复。
4. 本地通知
通知权限仅用于你设置的提醒。通知不含短信正文或收件人号码，不会自动发送短信。你可以移除提醒或在系统设置关闭通知。
5. 备份、分享与删除
你可以在设置导出 JSON 备份并主动分享。备份可能含姓名、号码和消息，请只分享给可信任的对象。导出文件存于临时目录，到系统清理或你清除本地资料时移除。分享至其他应用后，副本由相应服务处理。设备备份可能按你的 Apple 设置包含应用资料。
本地资料保留至你删除、恢复替换或卸载应用。在设置中清除资料会删除 OneLetter 的本地联络库并移除提醒，不会删除系统「信息」中的短信或你分享出去的备份。恢复将替换本地资料，并清除提醒。

OneLetter stores selected or imported names, phone numbers, first names, companies, groups, templates, drafts, reminder times, and queue logs in the local app sandbox. This version has no accounts, developer server, ads, analytics SDKs, or tracking. It does not upload your library to the developer.
You choose contacts and import files yourself. OneLetter does not scan your entire address book or read message history and replies. Opening a composer passes the current number and message to Apple's system messaging interface. Sending is handled by the system and carrier under their terms. OneLetter cannot verify delivery.
Notifications are used only for local reminders you create. They do not contain message contents or phone numbers and do not send messages automatically. Disable them in Settings or remove individual reminders.
You can export, share, restore, or erase your library. Exported backups contain personal information. Temporary exports remain until system cleanup or a local data reset. Copies you share are handled by the services you choose. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings.
Your library remains until deletion, replacement, or app removal. Erasing OneLetter data clears the app's library and reminders, but does not erase messages in Messages or backups already shared. Restoring replaces local data and clears reminders.
